The lot has been photographed by the seller for the sales listing. The item has not been inspected by a condition inspector, so there may be hidden defects not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Inspection: Bidders must inspect the lot, related company documents and records before placing a bid. The buyer cannot later claim a matter that could have been noticed during the prior inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The seller provides no warranty, exchange or return rights for the item. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The winning bid must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the pickup and payment instructions provided by huutokaupat.com. Note that each winning bid has its own collection fee; if you win several lots, the collection fee must be paid for each. • 👉 No exchange or return: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchase. Always check all relevant matters before deciding to buy, e.g. vehicle taxes, equipment condition and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to check vehicle tax, registration and inspection information from Traficom's public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they transfer to the new owner in full. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when purchasing a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity or other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Lots must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection is charged at €50 per day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from sale

  If the buyer withdraws, the seller will resell the lot and charge the difference between the new lower price and the offered price, as well as any agent and collection fees in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction and sales terms applicable to this auction before placing a bid.
