The item has been photographed by the seller for the sales listing. The product has not been inspected by a condition inspector, so hidden defects may exist that were not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Inspection The bidder is obligated to inspect the item, company documents and records before making an offer. The buyer cannot later rely on a matter that could have been discovered during a prior inspection.

• 👉 No exchange or returns: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchase. Always check all relevant matters before buying, e.g. vehicle taxes, equipment condition and possible hidden faults.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: The buyer is responsible for checking vehicle tax, registration and inspection details from Traficom's public vehicle information service. Any unpaid taxes will transfer to the new owner in full. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration can take several weeks. Please allow for this when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection is charged at €50 / day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller will re-sell the item and charge the difference between the lower price and the offered price as well as any agent and collection costs with full interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and the terms of sale applicable to this auction before making an offer.
