The item has been photographed by the seller for the sales listing. The product has not been inspected by a professional inspector, so hidden defects not noticed when the listing was made may exist.

• 👓 Inspection prior to bidding Bidders are obliged to inspect the lot, the company's documents and related records before making an offer. The buyer cannot later rely on a matter that could have been observed during the pre-inspection.

• 🔕 Items The goods originate from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when bidding. Items are not new and may have faults or missing parts.

• 👉 No exchange or return: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchase. Always check any matters related to the purchase beforehand, e.g. vehicle taxes, the condition of the device, possible hidden faults.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to check vehicles' tax, registration and inspection details from Traficom's public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they transfer in full to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be taxed, untaxed or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate hands over a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when purchasing a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other service connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection will incur a charge of €50 / day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from purchase

  The seller will re-sell the item and charge the difference between the lower price and the offered price, as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales conditions applicable to this auction before making an offer.
