• 👓 Inspection before bidding The bidder must inspect the lot, related company documents and records before making an offer. The buyer cannot later rely on something that could have been discovered during the pre-inspection.

• 👉 No exchange or returns: Sales are final, so check the items carefully before purchase. Always verify matters related to the purchase such as vehicle taxes, the condition of the equipment, and possible hidden defects before buying.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: The buyer is responsible for checking any vehicle tax, registration and inspection information from Traficom's public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they transfer to the new owner in full. Vehicles for sale may be registered, unregistered or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate hands over a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please consider this when purchasing a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless stated otherwise. Late collection will be charged at €50 per day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the purchase

  The seller will re-sell the item and charge the difference between the lower price and the offered price as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sale conditions applicable to this auction before making an offer.
