The seller accepts no responsibility for the condition/functionality/defects/shortcomings of the items. The seller has not inspected the condition of the items.

The buyer must collect the items at their own expense no later than 15 June 2025. Items must be paid for before collection. The buyer is responsible for all costs related to moving/transporting the items.

Offers are binding. The highest bidder must pay the full purchase price to the bankruptcy estate's nominated bank account immediately, and no later than two (2) days after acceptance of the highest bid. If the highest bid is not paid within two (2) days after acceptance, the highest bidder will be charged the offered highest bid, the listing fee charged by huutokaupat.com and any recovery costs.
