• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been condition-checked. They are sold as used, in their current condition. Goods come directly from use or storage. The item has been photographed by the seller for the sales listing. The product has not been inspected by a condition inspector, so there may be hidden defects not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Inspection The bidder must inspect the lot, and any company documents and records, before making an offer. The buyer may not later rely on matters that could have been discovered on prior inspection.

• 🔕 Products The goods come from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when bidding. Items are not new and may have faults or missing parts.

• 👉 No exchange or return: Sales are final, so please check items carefully before purchase. Always check any matters related to the purchase beforehand, e.g. vehicle taxes, equipment condition and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: The buyer is responsible for checking vehicle tax, registration and inspection information via Traficom's public vehicle information service. Any unpaid taxes will transfer to the new owner in full. The sale may include inspected, uninspected and possibly untaxed vehicles.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate surrenders a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from an estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity or other service connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. A late collection fee of €50 per day + VAT will be charged.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller will relist the item and charge the difference between the resale price and the offered price, as well as any agency and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction and sales terms applicable to this auction before bidding.
