• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been condition-inspected. They are sold as used, in their current state. Goods come directly from use or storage. The item has been photographed by the seller for the sales listing. The product has not been inspected by a professional, so hidden faults may exist that were not noticed when preparing the listing.

• 👓 Inspection before bidding Bidders must inspect the lot, related company documents and paperwork before making an offer. The buyer cannot later claim defects that could have been discovered during a prior inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The item is sold without any seller warranty, and there is no right of return or exchange. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The winning bid must be paid within 2 (two) days and the receipt emailed according to the pickup and payment instructions sent by huutokaupat.com. Note each winning bid has its own pickup fee; if you win multiple lots, the pickup fee must be paid for each. The pickup fee is shown in the "delivery methods and fees" section on the auction page. • 🔕 Products Goods originate from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when bidding. Items are not new and may have defects or missing parts.

• 👉 No right of return or exchange: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchase. Always verify matters related to the purchase, e.g. vehicle taxes, equipment condition and possible hidden faults.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer’s responsibility to check possible tax, registration and inspection details for vehicles via Traficom’s public vehicle information service. Any unpaid taxes transfer to the new owner. The sale may include vehicles that are inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate hands over a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when purchasing a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection will be charged €50 / day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  If the buyer withdraws, the seller may resell the item and claim the difference between the original and the lower resale price as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please read the auction terms and the seller’s terms before bidding.

•   bids are binding and there is no right of return or exchange

•   the item is sold "as is", but the seller is responsible for the accuracy of the information in the listing
