• 🚙 Vehicle suitability: The buyer is responsible for checking vehicle tax, registration and inspection information from Traficom public vehicle data. Any unpaid taxes transfer to the new owner in full. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please consider this when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Pickup times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection will incur a charge of €50/day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from sale

  The seller may resell the item and charge the difference between the lower sale price and the offered price as well as any agent and debt-collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and conditions and the seller's terms before bidding.
