No condition survey has been carried out; the property is sold as suitable for demolition due to the building's age and technical condition.

NOTE!

The buyer has inspected the building to the extent they wish and will not make claims against the seller concerning the building's condition after transfer of ownership. The buyer has no right to a price reduction, compensation, other remedy or return. The buyer has no right to make other claims against the seller.

The final sales decision will be made by Masku municipal executive board/municipal council. The sale binds the municipality only when the decisions are legally valid.

The highest bidder must pay a reservation fee of €5,000 (five thousand euros) to the account designated by the municipality within 3 days of the auction ending. If the sale is cancelled for a reason other than that stated by the municipality, the reservation fee will not be refunded. No interest is paid on the reservation fee.

Contracts of sale must be signed no later than one (1) month after the decision becomes legally valid.

Bids made in the auction are binding. The bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price and the reservation fee within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price and/or the reservation fee may give rise to liability for damages.

If the highest binding bidder makes an unfounded bid or fails to pay the reservation fee, they must pay €3,000 to the seller as a penalty within 3 days.
