The item is sold by rising bids in an online auction held on the www.huutokaupat.com website 08/07/2026 - 02/08/2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The bidding deadline ends 02/08/2026 at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider’s system functionality. The highest bid is the one the service provider’s system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid. The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or to extend the sale period.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the stated payment period. Failure to pay the offered price may lead to the buyer’s liability for compensation under section 25 of chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase offer via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid in accordance with the automatic increment. The offer must be submitted no later than 31/07/2026 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Authority in writing at Ulosottolaitos/Realisointi, Tullipuominkatu 5, 28100 Pori, or by e‑mail to pori.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi. A written purchase offer is binding and the same conditions as in the online auction apply. The written offer must be signed and must show the bidder’s contact details, the offer’s maximum amount and the Huutokaupat.com lot number to which the offer applies. The bidder must identify themself to the enforcement authority when submitting a written offer.

The seized object is sold by private sale conducted by the enforcement officer on the website www.huutokaupat.com during 08/07/2026 - 02/08/2026. The sale period ends 02/08/2026 at 18:00 or three minutes after the last purchase offer. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.
