Seized holiday property in Mäntyharju, Mäntyharju

The property will be sold by competitive bidding on the www.huutokaupat.com website in an online auction held between 3 July 2026 – 24 July 2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 24 July 2026 at 14:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functioning of the service provider's system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has accepted as the highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids made in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer being liable for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or to extend the sale period.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase bid via the www.huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may send a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic increment system. The offer must be submitted in writing no later than 23 July 2026 at 12:00 to the address:

A written offer is binding and the same terms as for the online auction apply. The written offer must be signed and must state the contact details of the bidder, the maximum amount of the offer and the www.huutokaupat.com listing number to which the offer relates.

The property is seized and will be sold by the enforcement officer by free sale, applying, where appropriate, the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code. The sales brochure is indicative and does not provide a comprehensive description of the item for sale.

Buyers are encouraged to familiarise themselves carefully with the property, the sales brochure and the attached documents before making a bid.

An enforcement appeal against the sale and any action related to or preceding the sale must be made within three weeks from the date of sale. Appeal instructions are attached to the sales decision.
