Metsähallitus is selling at auction Petola Nature Centre and the commercial and accommodation buildings on the same property. The property is located on a private waterfront plot near the Tönölänsalmi bridge at Lentiirantie 342, 88900 Kuhmo. The Petola building includes, among other things, spacious restaurant and customer service areas, office and exhibition spaces and a 60-seat auditorium. The premises allow a wide range of uses, for example education, conference and tourist services. The location offers excellent opportunities to develop experiential services for nature enthusiasts and visitors.

In addition to the nature centre, the property includes two substantial office buildings and a separate accommodation building with three units. One of the office buildings is sold let. Heating is provided by water-circulated systems and partly direct electric heating. The open yard between the buildings offers ample paved parking. According to the site plan there are 59 parking spaces in total, many of which have electrical supply.
