The seller reserves the right to accept or reject the highest bid. The final highest purchase price offered requires approval by the technical director and an official decision (KV 30 September 2024 § 41).

The property is sold on www.huutokaupat.com. The auction ends on 31 August 2026 at 12.00, or three minutes after the last bid accepted in the online auction.

The City of Pieksämäki is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider's system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has accepted as the highest.

The property is sold in the condition it is in at the time of the listing and sale, with the equipment included. The movable property shown in the images is not included in the sale. The buyer has no right of exchange or return.

No warranty is given for the property. The descriptions in the listing are only the seller's estimates of the property for sale. Anyone taking part in the auction must inspect the property themselves before placing a binding bid. By submitting a bid, the bidder accepts the condition of the property as is.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding.

The property is handed over in accordance with the attached sales brochure and terms of sale. If the successful bidder withdraws from the deal, they must compensate the City of Pieksämäki with reasonable costs amounting to 4% of the highest bid made, with a minimum penalty payment of EUR 2,000 to the seller.

When evaluating bids, the buyer's/buyers' plans for the future use of the property may also be taken into account in addition to price. If necessary, the City of Pieksämäki will request the details of all bidders in order to make the sale decision, and by placing a binding bid the bidder gives permission for this disclosure.
