The seller reserves the right to accept or reject the highest bid. The final highest offered purchase price requires approval by the Pieksämäki City Board/Technical Director and a separate sales decision.

The property is sold on the www.huutokaupat.com website. The auction ends on 31 August 2026 at 12:00 or three minutes after the last bid accepted into the online auction.

The City of Pieksämäki is not responsible for the service provider's system functionality. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has accepted as highest.

The property is sold in the condition and with the fittings as described in the advertisement and at the time of sale. Movable items visible in the pictures are not included in the sale. The buyer has no right of exchange or return.

No warranty is given for the property. The descriptions in the advertisement are only the seller’s estimates of the item for sale. Anyone participating in the auction must inspect the property before making a binding bid. By placing a bid the bidder accepts the property in its current condition.

Online auction bids are binding.

The property will be transferred according to the attached sales brochure and the terms of sale. If the successful bidder withdraws from the purchase, they must compensate the City of Pieksämäki with a penalty equal to 4% of the highest accepted bid, at least €2,000, as reasonable costs to the seller.

When evaluating bids, the buyer’s/ buyers’ plans for the future use of the property may be considered in addition to price. Pieksämäki City may, if necessary, request the details of all bidders to make the sales decision, and by placing a binding bid the bidder consents to this disclosure.
