• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been condition-inspected. They are sold as used, in their current condition. Goods come directly from use or storage and have been photographed by the seller for the listing. The item has not been examined by a condition inspector, so latent defects not noticed when the listing was made may exist.

• 👓 Inspection: Bidders are obliged to inspect the premises, company documents and records before placing a bid. The buyer cannot later rely on matters that could have been discovered during the pre-inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: There is no seller warranty, exchange or return right. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The winning bid must be paid within 2 (two) days in accordance with the pickup and payment instructions sent by email from huutokaupat.com. Note that each lot has its own pickup fee; if you win multiple lots, the pickup fee must be paid for each. The pickup fee is shown in the "delivery methods and fees" section on the lot page. If you have questions about payment, please contact us. The item must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🧾 The hammer price does not include deductible value added tax; VAT will not be added.

  
  

• 🔕 Items Goods originate from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when bidding. Items are not new and may have defects or missing parts.

• 👉 No exchange or return right: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchase. Always verify all relevant matters before deciding to buy, e.g. vehicle taxes, device condition and possible latent defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: The buyer is responsible for checking vehicle tax, registration and inspection details via Traficom's public vehicle information service. Any unpaid taxes will transfer in full to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected, or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please allow for this when purchasing a vehicle from the estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity and other service connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection is charged at €50 per day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the purchase

  If the buyer withdraws, the seller will resell the item and charge the difference between the new (lower) price and the offered price, plus any agency and collection costs in full with interest. Please review the auction and sales terms applicable to this auction before bidding.
