Items are from direct use or storage and have been photographed by the seller for the sale listing. The item has not been inspected by a condition assessor, so hidden faults not noted in the listing may exist.

• 👓 Inspection of the lot Bidders must inspect the lot and any company documents before making an offer. The buyer may not later claim an issue that could have been discovered during a prior inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: No warranty, exchange or right of return is provided by the seller. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The winning bid must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the collection and payment instructions emailed by huutokaupat.com. Note that each bid has its own collection fee; if you win multiple lots, the collection fee must be paid for each lot. • 🔕 Items The goods originate from a bankruptcy estate, please take this into account when bidding. Items are not new and may have defects or missing parts.

• 👉 No exchange or right of return: Sales are final, so please check the items carefully before buying. Before purchase, always check any relevant matters such as vehicle taxes, equipment condition and potential hidden faults.

• 🚙 Vehicle compliance: It is the buyer’s responsibility to check any vehicle tax, registration and inspection information via Traficom's public vehicle information service. Any unpaid taxes will transfer to the new owner in full. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate hands over a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please consider this when buying a vehicle from the estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection will be charged at €50 / day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the purchase

  If a buyer withdraws, the seller will resell the item and charge the difference between the new and original offered price as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and conditions and the terms of sale before placing a bid.

• offers are binding and there is no right of exchange or return

• the lot is sold "as is", but the seller is responsible for the accuracy of the information given in the listing

• if the seller does not notify acceptance or rejection of the highest bid within two (2) business days of the auction ending, the bid will no longer bind the bidder.
