The seller has photographed the lot for the sale listing. As the items have not been inspected by a professional, there may be hidden defects that were not noticed when the listing was created.

• 👓 Inspection of the lot Bidders must inspect the lot, company documents and related paperwork before placing a bid. The buyer cannot later claim a defect that could have been observed during the pre-sale inspection.

• 📅 Guarantee: There is no warranty, exchange or right of return offered by the seller. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The winning bid must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the pickup and payment instructions sent by email via huutokaupat.com. Note that each lot has its own pickup fee; if you win multiple lots, the pickup fee must be paid for each lot. The pickup fee is shown in the "shipping methods and costs" section on the lot page. • 🔕 Origin of goods The items come from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when placing a bid. The goods are not new and may have defects or missing parts.

• 👉 No right of exchange or return: Sales are final, so inspect the items carefully before purchasing. Please check all relevant matters before buying, e.g. vehicle taxes, equipment condition and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to check any vehicles' tax, registration and inspection details using Traficom's public vehicle information service. Any unpaid taxes will transfer to the new owner in full. Vehicles sold may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate releases a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when purchasing a vehicle from the estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Lots must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. For late collection a fee of €50 per day + VAT will be charged.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from sale

  If the buyer withdraws, the seller will resell the lot and charge the difference between the lower resale price and the offered price as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction and sales terms that apply to this auction before placing a bid.

• the lot is sold as seen, but the seller guarantees that the information given in the listing is correct
