The item has been photographed by the seller for the sales listing. There has been no independent condition inspection, so latent defects not visible at the time of listing may exist.

• 👓 Inspection of the item Bidders are obliged to inspect the lot and any company documents and papers before bidding. The buyer cannot later rely on a fact that could have been discovered during prior inspection.

• 🔕 Origin of goods The goods originate from a bankruptcy estate; please consider this when bidding. Items are not new and may have defects or missing parts.

• 👉 No exchange or returns: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchase. Please always consider relevant matters before purchasing, e.g. vehicle taxes, the condition of the item and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle suitability: It is the buyer’s responsibility to check any vehicle taxes, registration and inspection details from Traficom’s public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they transfer in full to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or may have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate releases a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading of purchased items.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless stated otherwise. Late collection is charged at €50 / day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from purchase

  The seller will resell the lot and charge the full difference between the resale price and the offered price, as well as any agency and collection costs including interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and the seller’s terms before bidding.

And please note that:

• inspect the lot and the provided information before bidding

• offers are binding and there is no right to exchange or return

• the lot is sold as seen, but the seller warrants that the information given in the listing is correct

• if the seller does not notify acceptance or rejection of the highest bid within two (2) business days of the auction’s end, the bid will no longer bind the bidder
