The item has not been examined by an independent inspector, so hidden defects may exist that were not noticed when the listing was prepared.

• 👓 Inspection: Bidders must inspect the lot and any company documents and paperwork before placing a bid. The buyer cannot later rely on a matter that could have been found during the pre-inspection.

• 🚙 Vehicle suitability: The buyer is responsible for checking vehicle tax, registration and inspection status via Traficom's public vehicle information service. Any unpaid taxes will transfer to the new owner in full. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: Registration transfer by the bankruptcy estate may take several weeks. Please allow for this when buying a vehicle from the estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of water, electricity and other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection will be charged €50 per day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the purchase

  The seller may re-sell the lot and charge the difference between the offered price and any lower sale price, as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sale conditions before placing a bid.
