• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been condition-inspected. They are sold directly from use, in their current condition. Goods are from active use or storage. The item has been photographed for the sales listing by the seller. The product has not been inspected by an appraiser, so there may be hidden defects not noticed when preparing the listing.

• 👓 Inspection Bidders must inspect the lot, and any company documents and records, before making an offer. The buyer cannot later rely on a matter that could have been observed during a prior inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The items are sold without a seller warranty, exchange or return rights. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The winning bid must be paid within 2 (two) days in accordance with the collection and payment instructions sent by email from huutokaupat.com. • 👉 No exchange or returns: Sales are final, so check items carefully before deciding to buy. Always check any relevant matters before purchase, e.g. vehicle taxes, equipment condition and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle suitability: It is the buyer’s responsibility to check vehicles’ tax, registration and inspection information using Traficom’s public vehicle information service. Any unpaid taxes transfer to the new owner in full. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate hands over a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when purchasing a vehicle from the bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of utilities: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading of the goods.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection will incur a charge of €50/day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from sale

  If the buyer withdraws, the seller will re-sell the item and charge the difference between the offered price and the lower resale price, as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and the terms of sale applied to this auction before making an offer.
