• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been surveyed. They are sold directly from use, in their current condition. Goods are from active use or storage. The item has been described for the listing by the seller. The item has not been inspected by a condition assessor, so there may be hidden faults not noticed when preparing the listing.

• 👓 Inspection: Bidders must inspect the premises, company documents and records before placing a bid. The buyer cannot later rely on any matter that could have been observed during the prior inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: There is no warranty, exchange or right of return from the seller. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The winning bid must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the pickup and payment instructions sent by email via huutokaupat.com. Note that each lot has its own pickup fee; if you win several lots, the pickup fee must be paid for each. The pickup fee is shown in the "delivery methods and charges" section on the lot page. • 🔕 Origin of goods The goods come from a bankruptcy estate—please take this into account when bidding. Items are not new and may have faults or missing parts.

• 👉 No exchange or return: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchase. Please verify any matters related to your purchase decision, e.g. vehicle taxes, condition of equipment and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle suitability: It is the buyer's responsibility to check any vehicle's tax, registration and inspection details via Traficom's public vehicle information service. Any unpaid taxes transfer to the new owner in full. Vehicles for sale may be taxed, untaxed or have outstanding taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate hands over a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please consider this when purchasing a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection will incur a charge of €50 per day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from sale

  The seller may re‑sell the item and charge the difference between the new (lower) price and the offered price, as well as any agency and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales conditions applicable to this auction before placing a bid.
