The item has been photographed for the listing by the seller. The product has not been examined by a condition inspector, so there may be latent defects not noticed when preparing the listing.

• 👉 No exchange or returns: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchase. Always check all relevant matters before deciding to buy, e.g. vehicle taxes, the condition of the item, and possible latent defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle suitability: The buyer is responsible for checking any vehicle tax, registration and inspection details via Traficom's public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they will transfer to the new owner in full. Vehicles for sale may be certified, uncertified or possibly have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when purchasing a vehicle from the estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Utility disconnections: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity and other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Pickup times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection will incur a charge of €50 / day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from purchase

  The seller will re-sell the item and charge the difference between the lower price and the offered price, as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction and sales terms that apply to this auction before placing a bid.
