Goods are removed from use or storage and have been photographed for the listing by the seller. The item has not been inspected by a qualified assessor, so there may be hidden defects not noted in the listing.

• 👓 Inspection: Bidders must, before bidding, inspect the relevant premises, company documents and paperwork. A buyer cannot later rely on matters that could have been discovered during an inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The seller provides no warranty, exchange or return rights. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The winning bid must be paid within 2 (two) days following the pick-up and payment instructions sent by Huutokaupat.com by email. Please note each lot has its own collection fee; if you win several lots you must pay the collection fee for each lot. • 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please consider this when purchasing a vehicle from the estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnecting services: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity or other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Item collection: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction unless otherwise stated. Late collection will be charged at €50 / day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the purchase

  If a buyer withdraws, the seller will re-sell the item and charge the difference between the resale price and the offered price, plus any agent and debt collection costs in full with applicable interest. Please read the auction’s applicable terms and sales conditions before bidding.
