Items are as taken from use or storage and have been described for the listing by the seller. The items have not been examined by a professional inspector, so there may be latent defects not noted in the listing.

• 👓 Inspection of the item Bidders are obliged to inspect the premises, company documents and other papers before bidding. A buyer cannot later rely on a matter that could have been detected during a pre‑purchase inspection.

• 📅 Guarantee: No warranty, exchange or right of return is provided by the seller. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The winning bid must be paid within 2 (two) days following the instructions emailed by huutokaupat.com for collection and payment. Please note each lot may have a separate collection fee; if you win several lots, the collection fee must be paid for each. The collection fee is shown in the “delivery methods and costs” section of the lot page. If you have questions about payment, please contact us. Items must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🧾 The hammer price does not include deductible VAT, nor will VAT be added.

  
  

• 🔕 Items The goods originate from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when placing a bid. Items are not new and may have faults or missing parts.

• 👉 No exchange or returns: Sales are final; check items carefully before purchase. Always verify any matters related to the purchase beforehand, e.g. vehicle taxes, equipment condition and possible latent defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle liabilities: It is the buyer's responsibility to check any vehicle tax, registration and inspection information via the public vehicle information services. Any unpaid taxes will transfer to the new owner in full. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please bear this in mind when purchasing a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of utilities: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity or other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. A fee of €50 per day + VAT will be charged for late collection.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  If the buyer withdraws, the seller may resell the item and charge the difference between the new lower price and the offered price, together with any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales conditions applicable to this auction before bidding.
