• 🛠️ No inspection: Items have not been inspected. They are sold directly from use, in their current condition. Goods come from use or storage. The item has been described for the listing by the seller. The product has not been inspected by a surveyor, so latent defects that were not noticed when the listing was made may exist.

• 👓 Viewing Bidders are obliged, before placing a bid, to inspect the premises and the company’s documents and records. The buyer cannot afterwards rely on a matter that could have been observed during the pre-inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The item sold carries no warranty, exchange or right of return from the seller. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The purchase must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the collection and payment instructions sent by email from huutokaupat.com. Please note each bid has its own collection fee; if there are multiple bids, the collection fee must be paid for each. The lot must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🔕 Products The goods come from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when placing a bid. The items are not new and may have defects or missing parts.

• 👉 No exchange or right of return: Sales are final, so check the items carefully before purchase. Always check all matters possibly related to your purchase decision before buying, e.g. vehicle taxes, the condition of the device, possible latent defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle suitability: It is the buyer’s responsibility to check any vehicle tax, registration and inspection details from Traficom’s public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they transfer in full to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from the bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection is charged at €50 / day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller will re-sell the item and charge the difference between the lower price and the offered price as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales conditions applicable to this auction before placing a bid.
