• 🛠️ No inspection: Items have not been professionally inspected. They are sold as used, in their current condition. Goods come directly from use or storage. The item has been photographed by the seller for the listing. It has not been examined by an inspector, so there may be hidden faults not noted in the listing.

• 👓 Inspection prior to bidding The bidder is obliged to inspect the lot, company documents and related papers before placing a bid. The buyer cannot later claim defects that could have been discovered during a prior inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The seller provides no warranty, exchange or return right. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The purchase must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the collection and payment instructions sent by email from huutokaupat.com. Note that each successful bid has its own collection fee; if you win multiple lots you must pay the collection fee for each lot. The collection fee is shown in the "delivery methods and costs" section on the lot page. If you have questions about payment, contact us. The lot must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🧾 The hammer price does not include deductible VAT, nor will VAT be added.

  
  

• 🔕 Items Goods come from a bankruptcy estate—please take this into account when placing a bid. Items are not new and may have faults or missing parts.

• 👉 No exchange or returns: Sales are final. Check items carefully before deciding to buy. Always verify before purchase any matters that may be relevant, e.g. vehicle taxes, equipment condition and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle obligations: The buyer is responsible for checking any vehicle tax, registration and inspection information via Traficom's public vehicle information service. Any unpaid taxes transfer to the new owner in full. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate hands over a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please consider this when buying a vehicle from the estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Service disconnection: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity or other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading of the goods.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Lots must be collected within one week of the auction unless otherwise stated. Late collection will be charged at €50/day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from sale

  If a buyer withdraws, the seller will re-sell the lot and charge the withdrawing buyer the difference between the new lower price and the offered price, plus any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sale conditions before bidding.

• offers are binding and there is no right to exchange or return

• the lot is sold "as is"; the seller is responsible for the accuracy of the information given in the listing
