The seller has photographed/described the item for the listing. The item has not been checked by a condition inspector, so there may be hidden defects not noticed when preparing the listing.

• 🚙 Vehicle liabilities: It is the buyer's responsibility to check vehicle tax, registration and inspection details from Traficom's public vehicle information service. Any unpaid taxes transfer to the new owner in full. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from the bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity and other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading of goods.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection is charged at €50 per day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from sale

  The seller may resell the item and charge the difference between the resale price and the offered price as well as any agent and debt collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales conditions applicable to this auction before placing a bid.
