• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been inspected. They are sold directly from use, as‑is and in their current condition. Goods come straight from use or storage. The lot has been described/photographed for the listing by the seller. The item has not been examined by an inspector, so hidden defects may exist that were not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Inspection: The bidder must inspect the item and any company documents and records before making an offer. The buyer cannot later rely on a matter that could have been observed during the pre‑bid inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The sold item has no seller warranty, exchange or return right. Offers are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The bid must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the collection and payment instructions sent by email from Huutokaupat.com. Please note each bid has its own collection fee; if there are multiple bids you must pay the collection fee for each. The collection fee is shown in the "delivery methods and costs" section on the auction page. If you have questions about payment, please contact us. The item must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🧾 The auction price does not include deductible VAT, nor will VAT be added.

  
  

• 🔕 Goods Items originate from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when bidding. Goods are not new and may have defects or missing parts.

• 👉 No exchange or return: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchase. Always check all relevant matters before buying, e.g. vehicle taxes, equipment condition and possible hidden faults.

• 🚙 Vehicle suitability: It is the buyer's responsibility to check any vehicle tax, registration and inspection information via Traficom's public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they transfer in full to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from the estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of utilities: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading of the goods.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the bid, unless otherwise stated. A fee of €50 per day + VAT will be charged for late collection.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the purchase

  If the buyer withdraws, the seller will resell the item and charge the difference between the original offered price and the lower resale price, as well as any agency and collection costs in full with interest. Please read the auction terms and sale conditions applicable to this auction before bidding.
