• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been inspected for condition. They are sold directly from use, in their current condition. Goods are taken directly from use or storage. The item has been described by the seller for the sales listing. The product has not been inspected by a condition assessor, so there may be latent defects not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Inspection: Bidders must, before placing a bid, familiarise themselves with the premises and the company documents and records. The buyer cannot later rely on any fact that could have been observed during a pre-bid inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The sold item carries no warranty, exchange or right of return from the seller. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The purchase must be paid within 2 (two) days in accordance with the pickup and payment instructions sent by email from huutokaupat.com. Note that each successful bid has its own pickup fee; if you win multiple lots, the pickup fee applies to each lot. The pickup fee is shown in the "delivery methods and charges" section on the lot page. If you have questions about payment, please contact us. The item must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🔕 Items: The goods come from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when placing a bid. The goods are not new, so defects and missing parts may be present.

• 👉 No exchange or right of return: Sales are final, so check the items carefully before purchasing. Please always check all matters related to your purchase decision, e.g. vehicle taxes, condition of the equipment, and possible latent defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle liabilities: It is the buyer's responsibility to check any vehicle tax, registration and inspection information via Traficom's public vehicle information service. Any unpaid taxes will transfer in full to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or possibly have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from the estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise notified. A late collection fee of €50/day + VAT will be charged.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller will re-sell the item and charge the difference between the lower sale price and the offered price, as well as any agency and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction and sales terms that apply to this auction before placing a bid.
