• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been professionally inspected. They are sold as used, in their current condition. Items come directly from use or storage and have been photographed by the seller for the listing. The product has not been inspected by a condition inspector, so there may be hidden faults not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Inspection of the lot Bidders must inspect the lot, company documents and related papers before placing a bid. The buyer cannot later rely on a matter that could have been noticed during the pre-inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The seller provides no warranty, exchange or return rights for the items. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The winning bid must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the collection and payment instructions sent by email from Huutokaupat.com. Please note each lot has its own collection fee; if you have multiple winning bids, the collection fee must be paid for each lot. The collection fee is shown in the “delivery methods and costs” section on the lot page. If you have questions about payment, please contact us. The item must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🔕 Items The goods come from a bankruptcy estate, please take this into account when bidding. Items are not new and may have faults or missing parts.

• 👉 No right of exchange or return: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchase. Always check all relevant matters before buying, e.g. vehicle taxes, equipment condition and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle compliance: It is the buyer’s responsibility to check vehicle tax, registration and inspection (MOT) details using Traficom’s public vehicle information service. Any unpaid taxes will transfer to the new owner in full. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please consider this when purchasing a vehicle from the estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of water, electricity and other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction unless otherwise stated. Late collection will be charged at €50 per day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from purchase

  The seller may re-sell the item and charge the difference between the resale price and the offered price, as well as any agency and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and the sales conditions applicable to this auction before bidding.
