The item has been described for the listing by the seller. The product has not been inspected by a condition inspector, so there may be latent defects not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Inspection before bidding The bidder must, before placing an offer, inspect the premises and the company documents and records. The buyer cannot later rely on a matter that could have been discovered during the pre-inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: There is no warranty, exchange or return right provided by the seller for the items. Offers are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The bid must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the collection and payment instructions sent by email by huutokaupat.com. Note that each successful bid has its own collection fee; if there are multiple wins, a collection fee must be paid for each. • 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: The buyer is responsible for checking possible tax, registration and inspection details for vehicles via Traficom's public vehicle information service. • 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate releases a vehicle, registration transfer may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from the bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise notified. For overdue collection a charge of €50 per day + VAT will be applied.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the purchase

  If the buyer withdraws, the seller will resell the item and charge the difference between the lower sale price and the offered price, as well as any agent and collection fees in full with interest. Please read the auction and sale terms applicable to this auction before placing a bid.
