• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been subject to a formal condition inspection. They are sold as used, in their current condition. Goods come directly from use or storage. The item has been photographed and described by the seller for the listing. As no professional inspection has been carried out, hidden faults not noted in the listing may exist.

• 👓 Viewing the lot: Before placing a bid, the bidder must inspect the lot and any company documents and papers. The buyer may not later rely on an issue that could have been noticed during a prior inspection.

• 📅 Guarantee: The seller provides no guarantee, exchange or return right. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: Payment must be made within 2 (two) days according to the pickup and payment instructions emailed by huutokaupat.com. Note that each successful bid may have its own pickup fee; if you win multiple lots you must pay the pickup fee for each. The pickup fee is shown in the “delivery methods and costs” section on the auction page. If you have questions about payment, please contact us. The lot must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🧾 The hammer price does not include deductible VAT, nor will VAT be added.

  
  

• 🔕 Origin of goods: The goods originate from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when bidding. Items are not new and may have defects or deficiencies.

• 👉 No exchange or return: Sales are final—please check items carefully before purchase. Always verify any matters related to your purchase (e.g. vehicle taxes, machine condition, possible hidden faults) before bidding.

• 🚙 Vehicle taxes and suitability: It is the buyer’s responsibility to check any taxes, registration and inspection details of vehicles via Traficom’s public vehicle information service. Unpaid taxes, if any, will transfer to the new owner in full. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate hands over a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please consider this when purchasing a vehicle from the estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of utilities: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electrical or other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading of purchased items.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection incurs a charge of €50 per day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from sale

  If a buyer withdraws, the seller may resell the lot and charge the difference between the resale price and the offered price plus any agency and collection costs in full, with interest. Please acquaint yourself with the auction and sale terms that apply before bidding.

• The lot is sold as seen; the seller states that the information in the listing is correct

• If the seller does not accept or reject the highest bid within two (2) business days of the auction’s end, the bid is no longer binding on the bidder
