• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been condition-checked. They are sold as used, in their current condition. Goods are taken directly from use or storage. Items have been photographed and described for the sales listing by the seller. They have not been inspected by a professional, so latent defects not evident at the time of listing may exist.

• 👓 Inspection: Bidders must inspect the lot, company documents and related papers before placing a bid. The buyer cannot later claim a defect that would have been apparent during prior inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The seller provides no warranty, exchange or return rights. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The purchase must be paid within 2 (two) days following the auction, according to the collection and payment instructions sent by email via huutokaupat.com. Note that each bid may have its own collection fee; if you win several lots, you must pay the collection fee for each lot. The collection fee is shown in the "delivery methods and charges" section on the lot page. If you have questions about payment, contact us. The lot must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🔕 Goods: The items originate from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when making an offer. Goods are not new and may have faults or missing parts.

• 👉 No exchange or return: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchase. Always verify matters related to your purchase, e.g. vehicle taxes, condition of equipment and possible latent defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle suitability: The buyer is responsible for checking any vehicle's tax, registration and inspection status via Traficom's public vehicle information service. Any unpaid taxes transfer to the new owner in full. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from the estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity or other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Lots must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection is charged at €50 / day + VAT.

• ✖️ Cancellation of purchase

  The seller may re-sell the lot and charge the buyer the difference between the resale price (if lower) and the offered price, plus any agent and collection fees in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and these sales conditions before placing a bid.
