The item has been described for the sales listing by the seller. The product has not been inspected by a surveyor, so latent defects may exist that were not noticed when the listing was prepared.

• 👓 Inspection Bidders must, before making an offer, inspect the item and any company documents and papers. The buyer may not later rely on any matter that could have been detected during a prior inspection.

• 🔕 Items The goods originate from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when bidding. Items are not new, so faults and missing parts may be present.

• 👉 No exchange or returns: Sales are final, so check the items carefully before buying. Before purchase please check all relevant matters, e.g. vehicle taxes, the condition of the equipment and any possible latent defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: The buyer is responsible for checking any vehicle tax, registration and inspection information via Traficom's public vehicle data service. If taxes are unpaid, they transfer in full to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when purchasing a vehicle from the estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity and other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction unless otherwise stated. Late collection will be charged at €50/day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller will re-sell the item and charge any difference between the lower re-sale price and the offered price as well as any agency and collection costs in full, with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and the terms of sale applicable to this auction before bidding.
