• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been inspected for condition. They are sold directly from use, in their current state. The goods are taken directly from use or storage. The item has been photographed for the sales listing by the seller. The item has not been inspected by a condition specialist, so there may be latent defects not noticed when the listing was prepared.

• 👓 Inspection of the item Bidders are obliged to inspect the relevant premises, company documents and records before placing a bid. The buyer cannot later rely on any matter that could have been observed during a prior inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: There is no warranty, exchange or right of return provided by the seller for the item. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The purchase must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the collection and payment instructions sent by email from huutokaupat.com. Please note that each winning bid has its own collection fee; if you win multiple lots, the collection fee must be paid for each lot. The collection fee is shown in the "delivery methods and fees" section on the lot page. If you have questions about payment, please contact us. The item must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🧾 The hammer price does not include deductible VAT, nor will VAT be added.

  
  

• 🔕 Items The goods originate from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when making an offer. The items are not new and may have faults and omissions.

• 👉 No exchange or return: Sales are final, so check the items carefully before deciding to buy. Always check all relevant matters before purchase, e.g. vehicle taxes, equipment condition and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle legality: The buyer is responsible for checking vehicles' possible tax, registration and inspection details via Traficom's public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they transfer in full to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when purchasing a vehicle from the estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of utilities: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. A late collection fee of €50 / day + VAT will be charged.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the purchase

  The seller may resell the item and charge the difference between the new (lower) price and the offered price, as well as any agent and collection costs in full, with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction and sales terms that apply to this auction before placing a bid.

• offers are binding, and the item is not eligible for exchange or return

• the item is sold "as is" but the seller is responsible for the accuracy of the information in the listing

• if the seller does not notify acceptance or rejection of the highest bid within two (2) business days of the auction ending, the bid no longer binds the bidder.
