The seller has described the item for the listing. The item has not been examined by a condition assessor, so there may be hidden defects not noticed when listing.

• 👓 Viewing the item Bidders must inspect the lot and any company documents or records before making an offer. The buyer cannot later rely on matters that could have been discovered during pre-inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The seller provides no warranty, exchange or return rights. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The bid must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the collection and payment instructions sent by email from huutokaupat.com. Please note each bid has its own collection fee; if you win multiple bids you must pay the collection fee for each. The collection fee is shown in the "delivery methods and fees" section on the lot page. If you have questions about payment, contact us. The item must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🚙 Vehicle compliance: It is the buyer's responsibility to check vehicle tax, registration and inspection information via Traficom's public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they transfer in full to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankrupt estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please bear this in mind when buying a vehicle from the estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnections: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection is charged at €50/day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from sale

  The seller will re-sell the item and charge the difference between any lower resale price and the offered price, plus any agent and collection fees in full with interest. Please read the auction terms and the sales conditions applicable to this auction before bidding.
