• 🛠️ No inspection: Items have not been inspected for condition. They are sold directly from use, in their current state. Goods are taken from use or storage. The item has been photographed for the sales listing by the seller. The item has not been examined by a condition inspector, so hidden faults not noted in the listing may exist.

• 👓 Inspection before bidding The bidder is obliged to inspect the lot, company documents and records before making an offer. The buyer cannot later rely on a matter that could have been discovered during pre-inspection.

• 📅 Guarantee: The item is sold without warranty, exchange or return rights from the seller. Offers are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The bid must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the collection and payment instructions sent by email from huutokaupat.com. • 🔕 Items The goods come from a bankruptcy estate; please consider this when bidding. Items are not new and may have defects or missing parts.

• 👉 No exchanges or returns: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchasing. Please always verify before purchase any related matters, e.g. vehicle taxes, equipment condition and possible hidden faults.

• 🚙 Vehicle compliance: The buyer is responsible for checking any vehicle tax, registration and inspection information via Traficom's public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they transfer to the new owner in full. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when purchasing a vehicle from the estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection will be charged at €50 per day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from sale

  The seller will resell the item and charge the difference between the new lower price and the offered price, together with any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please review the auction terms and sales conditions applicable to this auction before bidding.
