• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been inspected for condition. They are sold as used, in their current state. Goods are sold directly from use or storage. The item has been photographed for the sale listing by the seller. The item has not been inspected by a condition inspector, so there may be hidden defects not obvious in the listing.

• 👓 Inspection: Bidders are obliged, before making an offer, to inspect the lot, the company documents and related papers. The buyer cannot later rely on a matter that could have been observed during the pre-inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The item is sold without seller warranty, exchange or return rights. Offers are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The winning bid must be paid within 2 (two) days following the collection and payment instructions sent by email from huutokaupat.com. Note that each bid has its own collection fee; if you have multiple winning bids, a collection fee must be paid for each. The collection fee is shown in the "delivery methods and fees" section on the lot page. If you have questions about payment, please contact us. The lot must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🧾 The hammer price does not include deductible VAT; VAT will not be added.

  
  

• 🔕 Items: Goods come from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when placing an offer. Items are not new and may have defects or missing parts.

• 👉 No exchange or return rights: Sales are final, so please check items carefully before purchase. Always verify matters related to your purchase beforehand, e.g. vehicle taxes, equipment condition and any possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle liability: It is the buyer's responsibility to check any vehicle's tax, registration and inspection information via Traficom's public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they transfer to the new owner in full. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate releases a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please consider this when buying a vehicle from the estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other utility connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading of purchased goods.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Lots must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection is charged at €50 / day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from purchase

  The seller may re-sell the item and charge the difference between the lower resale price and the offered price, as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and the terms of sale applicable to this auction before bidding.
