• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been condition-checked. They are sold as used, in their current condition. Items come directly from use or storage and have been photographed by the seller for the auction listing. The product has not been examined by an independent inspector, so there may be hidden defects not noted in the listing.

• 👓 Inspection by bidder: Bidders must inspect the item and any company documents and records before placing a bid. The buyer cannot later rely on matters that could have been found during the pre-inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The seller provides no warranty, exchange or return rights. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: Payment must be made within 2 (two) days according to the collection and payment instructions sent by email from Huutokaupat.com. Note that each winning bid has its own collection fee; if you win multiple lots, you must pay the collection fee for each. The collection fee is shown in the "delivery methods and fees" section on the auction page. If you have questions about payment, please contact us. Items must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🧾 The auction price does not include deductible VAT, nor will VAT be added.

  
  

• 🔕 Items: Goods originate from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when bidding. Items are not new and may have defects or missing parts.

• 👉 No exchange or returns: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchase. Before buying, always check any related matters such as vehicle taxes, equipment condition and possible hidden faults.

• 🚙 Vehicle compliance: The buyer is responsible for checking vehicle tax, registration and inspection details via Traficom's public vehicle information service. Any unpaid taxes will transfer to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the estate releases a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please allow for this when purchasing a vehicle from the bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity or other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading of goods.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the bid, unless otherwise stated. Late collection is charged at 50 € / day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from sale

  If the buyer withdraws, the seller may re-sell the item and charge the difference between the new lower price and the offered price, plus any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction and sales terms before bidding.

• Inspect the item and the provided information before bidding.

• Bids are binding; there is no exchange or return right.

• Items are sold as seen, but the seller is responsible for the accuracy of the information in the listing.

• If the seller does not accept or reject the highest bid within two (2) working days after the auction ends, the bid is no longer binding for the bidder.
