Terms of sale

The seller reserves the right to accept or reject the highest bid.

The lot will only be sold to a buyer with satisfactory credit history.

Conditional offers will not be accepted.

The lot is sold in a transaction between users. Huutokaupat.com is not a party to the sale.

Bids must be placed by the stated deadline.

By placing a bid the bidder accepts that their contact details may be passed to the seller to facilitate completion of the sale.

Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and these terms of sale before placing a bid.

Conclusion of sale

The time and place for signing the deed of sale will be arranged with the buyer separately. The buyer will receive ownership and the right of possession after signing the deed and paying the purchase price.

The buyer is responsible for any transfer tax in accordance with applicable tax practice.

Inspection of the property

The lot is sold as seen, with the equipment present at the time of sale. Bidders are obliged to inspect the commercial premises, documents and records before placing a bid. The buyer may not later rely on matters that could have been observed during a prior inspection.

Information provided by the seller

The Social Insurance Institution of Finland (Kela) warrants that it has provided the buyer with all information known to the seller that can be expected to affect the transaction.
