The City of Kalajoki is selling an industrial hall built in the 1960s in the Meinala district. The address is Meinalantie 27, 85100 Kalajoki. The property on which the parcel for sale lies is in an area designated for industrial and storage buildings.

A party that refuses to complete the sale must, under the Land Code, compensate the other party for reasonable costs incurred for advertising, inspection of the property and other necessary measures related to completing the sale.
