Bids must be submitted by the specified deadline. By placing a bid the bidder accepts the terms of sale.

Inspection of the property
Before placing a bid the bidder is obliged to familiarise themselves with the property, documents and records, and the auction conditions. The buyer may not later rely on any matter that could have been discovered during a prior inspection.

Information provided by the seller

The seller warrants that they have provided the buyer with all information known to the seller that could reasonably be expected to affect the transaction.

Conclusion of the sale

The time and place for signing the contract will be agreed separately with the buyer. The purchase price is paid at the signing. Statutory charges arising from the sale are the responsibility of the buyer.

Other costs
The buyer is responsible for the transfer tax in accordance with prevailing tax practice.

Withdrawal from the sale

A buyer who refuses to complete the purchase is, under the Land Code, liable to compensate the other party for reasonable costs incurred for advertising, inspecting the property and other necessary actions related to the sale.

The seller reserves the right to reject the highest bid.
