Seized commercial property, 600 m², in Pieksämäki town centre, Pieksämäki

The property will be sold by ascending bids in an online auction on www.huutokaupat.com during 13/05/2026–03/06/2026. Participation requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 03/06/2026 at 14:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the one accepted by the service provider’s system as the highest.

The enforcement officer will separately decide whether to accept or reject the highest bid. A decision on acceptance or rejection may take more than two days.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. The highest bidder has no right of withdrawal. If a bid is accepted, the bidder must pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered price may lead to purchaser liability pursuant to Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code. If it is not possible to submit a purchase offer via www.huutokaupat.com, a prospective buyer may submit a written offer to the enforcement officer. The offer will be attached to the online auction as the maximum bid under the automatic raise function. The offer must be submitted in writing no later than 02/06/2026 at 12:00 by email to kouvola.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi or to Enforcement Authority, Mikkeli office, Raatihuoneenkatu 5, 5th floor, 50100 Mikkeli.

A written offer is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must include the bidder’s contact details, the maximum bid amount and the online auction item number to which the offer applies.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or to extend the sales period.

Participants in the online auction are advised to ensure that their contact details registered on www.huutokaupat.com are up to date. The buyer and new owner will, as a rule, be the person whose offer in the online auction is accepted. If a bidder has made a bid wholly or partly on behalf of another person, they must provide a power of attorney or other proof.

The property is seized and will be sold by free sale conducted by the enforcement officer, observing, where applicable, the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code.

Prospective buyers are advised to familiarise themselves thoroughly with the property, the sales brochure and the attached documents.

An enforcement appeal regarding the sale and related or prior actions must be filed within three weeks from the date of sale. Appeal instructions are attached to the sale decision.
