3. BUILDING SERVICES: The owner is responsible, at their own cost, for any conversion work required to bring ventilation and heating systems equivalent to maintenance responsibility up to current standards. After construction and approval by the company's appointed supervisor these become the company's maintenance responsibility (e.g. ventilation ducts, replacement-air valves, radiators, etc.).
