The housing company's general meeting has decided to grant the owners of commercial unit LH2 permission to change LH2's use from a commercial unit to a residential unit and to amend Article 4 of the articles of association (the unit description) to designate LH2 as a residential unit under the following conditions:

1. DEADLINE: A permit for the conversion must be applied for by 31/12/2030 and the work must be carried out within the permit's validity period.

2. COSTS: The owner is fully responsible for the costs of the permit application, the conversion work and its design. The owner is also responsible for costs of any spaces required for the residential unit by building permit or the articles of association (e.g. parking space, storage cage, cellar locker). The owner is additionally responsible for costs of updating the articles of association, any extraordinary general meetings related to this matter, and all costs incurred by the housing company in handling the matter, such as supervision costs or consulting lawyer fees.

3. BUILDING SERVICES: The owner is responsible, at their own cost, for any conversion work required to bring ventilation and heating systems equivalent to maintenance responsibility up to current standards. After construction and approval by the company's appointed supervisor these become the company's maintenance responsibility (e.g. ventilation ducts, replacement-air valves, radiators, etc.).
