Inspection of the property
The bidder is obliged, before making an offer, to familiarise themselves with the property, the documents and records, and the auction terms. The buyer cannot later rely on any matter that could have been detected during a prior inspection.

Conclusion of the sale

The buyer is responsible for the transfer tax in accordance with the prevailing tax practice.

Withdrawal from the sale

A buyer who refuses to complete the purchase must, under the Land Code, compensate the other party for reasonable costs incurred for advertising, inspecting the property and other necessary actions related to concluding the sale.

The seller reserves the right to reject the highest bid.
