Offers must be submitted by the stated deadline. The highest offer is the one the seller has accepted as highest. You may also take part in the auction in person by submitting an offer to the seller on site, by separate arrangement. The seller and buyer agree to record all offers in the system. By making a bid the bidder accepts these terms of sale.

Inspection of the property

Before making an offer, the bidder is obliged to inspect the property, documents and records. The buyer cannot later rely on matters that could have been discovered during a prior inspection.

Seller's information
The seller warrants that they have given the buyer all information known to the seller that can be assumed to affect the sale. The manager's certificate will be updated if necessary at the time of sale. AGM information for 2026 was updated on 7 May 2026.

Conclusion of the sale

The sale of the property must be made in the form prescribed by the Land Code. The time and place for signing the contract will be agreed with the buyer separately. The purchase price is paid at the signing. The buyer pays the notary's fee and the costs of digitising the share certificates.

Other costs

The buyer is responsible for the transfer tax in force at the time and for the costs of digitising the share certificates in the National Land Survey's register.

Withdrawal from the sale

A party that refuses to complete the purchase must, under the Land Code, compensate the other party for reasonable costs incurred for advertising, inspecting the property and other necessary acts related to completing the transaction.
