Bids must be submitted by the stated deadline. The highest bid is the offer that the seller has accepted as the highest. It is also possible to participate in the auction in person on site by leaving a bid with the seller, if agreed separately. The seller and buyer undertake to record all bids in the system. By placing a bid the bidder accepts these terms of sale.

Inspection of the property

Before making a bid the bidder has a duty to inspect the property, the documents and other records. The buyer may not afterwards rely on a matter that could have been observed during the prior inspection.

Information provided by the seller
The seller warrants that they have given the buyer all information that the seller knows and that can be expected to affect the transaction.

Conclusion of the sale

The sale of the property must be made in the form required by the Land Code. The time and place for signing the deed will be agreed separately with the buyer. Payment of the purchase price shall take place at the signing. The buyer pays the conveyancer's fee and the cost of converting share certificates to electronic form.

Other costs

The buyer is responsible for the transfer tax in force at the time.

Withdrawal from the sale

A party that refuses to complete the sale must, under the Land Code, compensate the other party for reasonable costs incurred for advertising, inspecting the property and other necessary actions related to completing the transaction.
