The plot will not receive any possible rights or shares in common areas or special privileges of the parent estate.

The buyer is obliged, before making an offer, to examine the property, documents and records. By submitting an offer the buyer accepts the condition of the property as is. It is the buyer’s responsibility to apply for any required change of use for the building (deviation and building permits). All repair costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Submitting an offer

Any party that refuses to complete the sale must, under the Land Code, compensate the other party for reasonable costs incurred through advertising, inspection and other necessary actions related to the sale.
Other costs
