Every sixth week is available by owner notification only. If you do not use it, Holiday Club will rent the apartment on your behalf and credit the rental income quarterly.

Owner use: every sixth week according to the company's week schedule. You may reserve the weeks you wish to use yourself; the remaining weeks are rented out.

The buyer will receive an operator agreement at the time of sale under which weeks are rented out and rental income is paid to the shareholder every third month, from which charges and company debt are deducted; the remaining proceeds are paid to the shareholder.
