Offers must be placed by the stated deadline. The highest offer is the one the seller has accepted as highest. Please do not bid if you do not intend to complete the purchase! The seller and the buyer commit to record all bids in the system. The bidder accepts all terms of sale when placing a bid. Timeshare contracts are always signed electronically via the Visma service after the auction ends; the seller prepares the contract and sends the signature link to the highest bidder. Bids are binding and the share must be paid to the bank account shown in the contract within 3 days of the end of the auction.

Withdrawal from the sale

If the sale fails due to the bidder's fault, the seller has the right to compensation for false bidding and disruption of business of at least €280 or 10% of the highest bid. (NOTE! This invoice is enforceable by debt collection)

Inspection of the property

Bidders are obliged to inspect the property and the company's documents before placing a bid. The buyer cannot later claim a defect that could have been found during a prior inspection. Shares are sold as described in the listing.

Information provided by the seller

The seller is responsible for the accuracy and up-to-dateness of the documents related to the property. The seller confirms that they have provided the buyer with all information known to the seller that may be expected to affect the transaction. The seller confirms that all charges and other payments to the company have been paid up to the date of sale. Photos in the listing may not be from the exact unit but from a corresponding unit in the same company. Timeshare sales are always made with a separate contract and the terms stated therein, which the buyer and seller accept by signing.

Other costs

The buyer is responsible for the transfer tax, which is 1.5% of the purchase price excluding debt. The seller will send instructions for paying the transfer tax by e-mail once the purchase price has been paid. The seller will send the management company the sales contract, a copy of the share certificate transfer entry and the transfer tax certificate for registration of the share.
