Owning a holiday week is primarily about carefree holidays. As a week owner you acquire a share in the holiday apartment. Holiday Club takes care of maintenance and cleaning including bed linen so you can concentrate on relaxing and enjoying your holiday.

If you cannot use the week yourself there is good demand and the week is easily rented out, or you can hand it over to a friend – just inform reception who will collect the keys.

Service charge (2027):

€257.30 per year.

The service charge covers final cleaning, bed linen, towels, parking, consumables, upkeep and purchases for the apartment and yard, heating, electricity, water, insurance, property tax, waste management, maintenance services and emergency service, reception and key service, property management, administration, etc.

The buyer will have use of the apartment from week 2/2027 (Fri 8 Jan 2027 - Fri 15 Jan 2027).

Check-in from 16:00 and check-out by 12:00.

Pets allowed (pet fee €35 per week).

Terms of Sale

The seller reserves the right to accept or reject the highest bid.

The item is sold as a transaction between users. Huutokaupat.com does not act as a party to the transaction.

All shares offered for sale are mine unless stated otherwise.

The cost of sending the deed and share certificates by registered post is included in the price. Delivery of the share certificate by insured post is available for an additional €20.

The share has no outstanding service charge arrears.

Payment immediately, at the latest within 1 day of the listing closing. If you need a longer payment period, please agree this before making an offer.

The buyer is responsible for Holiday Club’s registration fee (€40 private / €60 companies). T:mi Heli Hedman will provide all documents needed for registration to Holiday Club.

The buyer shall promptly submit the transfer tax declaration and pay the transfer tax (1.5% of the purchase price; tax under €10 need not be paid) and provide the seller with the transfer tax certificate. T:mi Heli Hedman will send the buyer detailed instructions for making the transfer tax declaration in Omavero.
