Offers must be submitted by the stated deadline. The highest offer is the one the seller has accepted as highest. It is also possible to participate in the auction in person by making an offer to the seller on site. The seller and buyer agree to record all offers in the system. Inspection of the property

Conclusion of the sale

The time and place of signing the deed of sale will be agreed separately with the buyer. The purchase price must be paid before the signing meeting, at which the share transfer can be carried out.

Other costs

The buyer is responsible for the transfer tax in accordance with applicable tax practice.

Withdrawal from the purchase

If the sale does not proceed due to the fault of the bidder, the seller is entitled to receive an agreed fixed compensation.
